Calhoun Inks NIL Partnership with Influxer
Decatur, AL – Director of Athletics, AJ Daugherty has officially announced a new partnership with Influxer, a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) platform that allows student-athletes to sell officially licensed Calhoun Athletics merchandise featuring their name and number while earning royalties for each sale.
With the agreement, Calhoun becomes the fourth school in the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) to join forces with Influxer, continuing its commitment to supporting student-athletes both on and off the field.
Through this partnership, Calhoun student-athletes will now have the opportunity to create and market personalized Calhoun gear, allowing fans to directly support their favorite Warhawks while helping athletes benefit from their NIL rights in an officially licensed and compliant manner.
Keith Miller, Vice President of Influxer, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating: "Influxer is excited to work with Calhoun Community College because AJ Daugherty and the administration understand not only the immediate benefits of working with us, but also the long-term resources for their student-athletes. NIL is not simply transactional, but an opportunity which Influxer wants to further into the development process for their student-athletes."
Calhoun Director of Athletics AJ Daugherty shared his excitement for what the partnership represents for the future of Warhawk Athletics: "This partnership with Influxer marks another major step forward in the modernization of Calhoun Athletics," Daugherty said. "We want to give our student-athletes every opportunity to grow their personal brand and benefit from the evolving landscape of college athletics.
